Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Location: Leonardtown, Maryland
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night, 3x12
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Patient ratio: 1:4–6
Orientation: Every Monday
Weekend coverage: Every other weekend; 6 weekend shifts in each 6-week schedule

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maryland
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience with Cerner

Role Details

General Emergency Department care for adult and pediatric patients

Additional Notes

Scrubs are not provided; required color is royal blue
Local rate applies within 60 miles
