Dialysis Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Travel/contract role
Location: Oxford, North Carolina
Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Dialysis experience within the last year
1 year of dialysis experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
2 clinical references
7-year criminal background check
Education verification
NURSYS verification for RNs
Physical exam
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Drug screen within the last 12 months
Annual skills checklist
Complete application/resume
Employment eligibility documentation and attestation
Government-issued photo ID

Preferred / Desired

ACLS preferred
Minimum 2 years of dialysis experience preferred
Inpatient or acute care experience strongly desired

Additional Compliance

EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start and at each renewal/extension
HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start and at each renewal/extension
Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation or declination
Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
HIPAA acknowledgement
Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
