Respiratory Therapist

Overview

Travel/contract role in Fishersville, Virginia
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
36 hours per week
13-week contract
Every-other-weekend rotation
No call requirement
Acute care hospital setting

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Virginia
Respiratory Therapist (3 years of experience)
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience working with Adult patients
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Critical Care experience
Emergency Department experience

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are preferred against, with travel experience preferred
Meditech is used for charting
Free parking in unrestricted spaces is available
Candidate must complete required pre-start health, compliance, and facility documents
Fit testing is required before start and annually
Drug screening includes marijuana and has zero tolerance for THC
Flu vaccination or approved exemption is required during flu season
