Shift: Days, 5x8
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours: 40 per week
Guaranteed hours: 72 per 2-week period

Required Qualifications

Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Washington
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (1 year of experience)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
Master's degree in social work
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Discharge planning experience
Care coordination experience

Schedule & Work Setting

Weekends required every other weekend
May work in all areas of the hospital, including two campuses within close proximity
Floating may be required

Additional Notes

First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates not accepted
RTO must be included at time of submission
Scrub color: any except reddish orange
Parking is facility paid
