SLP Outpatient

Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Kingman, Arizona.
Start date: 11/2-2/5.
Contract length: 13 weeks.
Covers both acute care and outpatient therapy.
Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00-16:30.

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona.
Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience).
Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year.
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
CCC-SLP.
MBSImP.
Experience performing Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS).
Experience working in ICU settings.
