Mammography Tech

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Dallas, Texas
13-week assignment
Day shift: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm; Friday 7:00am–12:00pm
40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid Mammography Technologist license in Texas
Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of Mammography Technologist experience
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ARRT (M)
ARRT (R)
TMB
Experience with Epic
Valid government-issued photo ID or passport
E-Verify or attestation
2 professional references within 3 years of hire
Tdap
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
Hepatitis B: vaccine series and positive titer, or signed facility-specific declination form
Drug test within 30 days of start
Physical exam within 12 months of start
Fit test completed onsite during orientation
Completion of required facility forms and acknowledgements prior to start

Preferred

Passport-style photo for badge with head and shoulders on a clear background

Additional Notes

Background check required within 30 days of start
Education verification required for all RRT
Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
Some health documents may require annual updates
