Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Wyoming, Michigan
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30; 5x8s may be considered
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours for shifts under 12 hours

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• CVOR (2 years of experience)
• CVOR experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Trauma experience
• Experience with Epic

Schedule / On-call / Float

• On-call required, 2–3 days per week
• Weekend requirement: every other
• Holidays required
• May float within scope to main OR if needed

Experience / Setting

• Required work setting experience: CVOR, General OR, Hybrid OR, Trauma

• Acute care hospital
• Teaching / Adult Level II trauma

Compliance / Documentation

• Government-issued photo ID required
• E-Verify or attestation required
• Education verification required
• 7-year background check required within 6 months of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required
• HHS/OIG required
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement required
• Minimum of 2 professional references required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen required within 30 days of start
• TB questionnaire required for all candidates
• Flu vaccine or medical/religious exemption required during flu season
• Tdap within 10 years required
