Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Bowling Green, Kentucky
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00
• Hours per week: 36
• Every other weekend
• Can do block scheduling
• May be placed on call once every pay period
• RTO may be granted if the traveler can still work three days per week
• 65-mile radius restriction

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• Med Surg (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Flu vaccination required; no exemptions allowed
• Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport required
• Background check required before start
• Kentucky - KY Vulnerable Adult Maltreatment Registry required for all candidates
• E-Verify attestation required
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 30 days of start and for each renewal/extension
• HHS/OIG required within 30 days of start and for each renewal/extension
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement required
• NURSYS verification required as applicable
• State License 1 verification required as applicable
• Physical exam required within 1 year
• Fit test required within 1 year and updated annually
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required within 60 days of start
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Drug Testing, Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation, COVID, References, Performance Evaluation, Employment Application, Skills Checklist 1, Work History Verification, Application – Missing Information Tracking required
• Photo for badge required prior to start
• Commonwealth forms and onboarding documents required, including job description review/signature, health history, communicable disease, latex allergy, privacy acknowledgement, patient registration, TB questionnaire, Hep B form, facility background release, computer agreement, confidentiality agreement, NEO checklist, employment acknowledgement, Kentucky law review, and CBL training modules 1–8

• NIH Stroke Certification

• TNCC preferred, not required for ER
