Description

Registered Respiratory Therapist

Overview

  • Contract assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado
  • 13-week contract
  • 36 hours per week
  • 3 x 12-hour night shifts
  • Rotating call and weekends
  • Multiple start dates in October 2026, with one start as soon as 10/6

Role Details

  • Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and all levels of acuity, including Level 2 NICU
  • Traveler housing may be available during the assignment, based on availability: newly remodeled studio apartments and small one-bedroom apartments, furnished with Wi‑Fi, utilities, and on-site laundry, no pets, no deposit

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Colorado
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (5 years of experience)
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • NBRC RRT
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • PALS issued by American Heart Association
  • NRP
  • Completion of an approved respiratory therapy program
  • Experience working with Neonate patients
  • Experience working with Pediatric patients
  • Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience
