Role Overview

• 13-week assignment
• Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Location: Dubuque, Iowa

• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Resume
• Skills Checklist within a year
• 2 Professional References
• License/Certificate Verification within 30 days of start
• Specialty exam completed within a year

• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)

• Hepatitis B documentation or declination
• Tdap within past 10 years
• Physical/Health Statement within the last year
