CVOR Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Winston Salem, North Carolina
13-week assignment
Day shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
Call requirement: 10 days per month, including one weekend per month
Unit has 3 rooms and serves adults and geriatrics

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
CVOR (2 years of experience)
CVOR experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Circulate experience

Preferred Qualifications

CNOR
Scrub experience

Unit Details

CVOR unit
Procedures and cases include Aortic Valves, Mitral Valves, ASD, Redo Surgeries, Esophagogastrectomy, CABG with and without valve repair/replace, VATS, Thoracotomy, Mediastinoscopy, Mitral Clip, TAVR, Ascending Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Groin Exploration, Port a Cath Placement, Robotic Thoracic Surgery, Carotid Endarterectomy, IABP insertion and removal, Myxoma Removal, Pneumonectomy, Chamberlin Procedure, Tracheostomy, and VSD

Additional Notes

RTO after booking is not allowed
Scrubs are provided
Orientation is 36 hours
