Interventional Radiology
Location
- Winston Salem, North Carolina
Assignment Type
- Travel/Contract
Schedule
- Day shift, 5x8 hours
- 8:00–16:30
- First shift with primary call and back up call rotation
- Weekend and evening/night call rotation
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Role Details
- Interventional Radiology assignment in a hospital-based setting
- Daily case load: 13–17
- No float requirement
- RTO after booking is not allowed
Required Qualifications
- Interventional Radiology Technologist with 1 year of experience
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- Traveler experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ARRT
- Experience in an inpatient setting
- Neuro experience including stroke intervention
- PACS experience
- Contrast administration experience
- Siemens x-ray equipment experience
- Phillips x-ray equipment experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ARRT Advanced Cert
- EPIC
- McKesson
- Outpatient experience
- OR experience
- ER experience
- Level I trauma experience
- Teaching hospital experience
- Community hospital experience
- Ablations experience
- Acuson
Patient Population
- Mostly adults and geriatrics, with some adolescents
Unit / Procedure Focus
- Neuro procedures, including stroke intervention
- Body procedures
Orientation
- Hospital orientation during week one
- Must be available for classes each day
Additional Notes
- Scrubs provided
- Interview availability for the next 72 hours must be provided when submitting
