• Travel/Contract role in Bartow, Florida
• Start date: 10/12
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:30 to 17:00
• 72 staffed beds
• Short Term Acute Care facility
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Charting system: Cerner

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Valid RN license in Florida
• Driver’s License/State ID
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions accepted
• Weekend availability required
• On-call required: critical on-call coverage 1 day a week and 1 weekend per month, with a 30-minute response time
• First-timers accepted
• Pending license not accepted
• Locals not accepted

Preferred

• Cerner EMR preferred

Additional Requirements

• Must complete required background checks, education verification, fingerprinting, and facility onboarding documents before start
• Physical exam within 6 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 10 weeks of start
• Standard 9-panel drug test including THC within 30 days
• References: 2 within the past 2 years
• Skills checklist required

• Color blind testing required
• Respirator safety clearance required if using a respirator
• Flu vaccination or approved declination/exemption required when applicable
