Description
RN ICU
Overview
- Travel assignment in North Richland Hills, Texas
- Unit: ICU (650)
- Classification: RN-CCU/ICU
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Weekend: rotating
- Call: no
- Floating: may float as needed to other ICUs depending on volume and acuity; on rare occasions may float to PCU
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ACLS
- BLS
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Hemodynamic monitoring experience
- Ventilated patient care experience
- Post-CABG care experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Meditech experience
- CVICU experience
Unit Notes
- Very high acuity unit with ECMO, heart transplant, and CABG
- Bedside shift report required with updates to white board
- Rudeness is not tolerated
