Overview

Travel assignment in Wichita, Kansas
36 hours per week
13-week contract
7A–7P shift

Unit

3 Tower Surg/tele Unit
37 beds
Staffed with 12 total staff
Patient ratios: 1:6; 1:4 for Heart Cath patients

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kansas
Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience traveling to large teaching facilities
Prior Meditech experience

Typical Procedures / Clinical Work

Central lines
Medication drips
Heart Cath recovery
Bubble studies

Equipment

PCA Pumps
IV pumps
Chest Tubes
