Critical Care Float Pool

12-hour shifts
Evenings and nights
72–80 hours per 2 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Hawaii
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Critical Care Float (2 years of experience)
Critical Care Float experience within the last year
ER (Emergency Room) experience
ED - Emergency Department experience
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
BLS
ACLS

Role Details

Primary care of ER and ICU patients
May float to other nursing units as needed, not as a primary nurse
Duties may include expediting on other floors, sitting with patients, helping with transport, telemetry monitoring, and serving on the rapid response and code blue team
