Required Qualifications
- Cytotechnologist with 1 year of experience
- Cytotechnologist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ASCP
- Government-issued photo ID
- Complete application/resume
- 2 references
- Color blind testing
- Competency exam
- Abuse reporting competency
- Physical exam within 1 year showing ability to meet the physical demands of the role
- Tdap vaccine or declination
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire
- Rubeola (measles) titer
- Mumps titer
- Rubella titer
- Hepatitis B titer, vaccine series, or declination
- Varicella titer
- Drug testing within 60 days of start
- Flu vaccine or exemption, for pre-starts after 9/1
- Permanent state license required for this role

- Photo identification must be carried on person during hours of service to the client
- Certifications expiring within 1 month of contract start will not be accepted
