• Night shift, 3x12 hours
• 18:30 to 7:00
• 36 hours per week

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• NURSYS verification
• Skills Checklist 1
• Competency Exam
• Color Blind Testing Online
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable by profession
• Background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
• Education verification
• Tennessee Adult Abuse Registry, if licensed or certified in Tennessee or working at a Tennessee facility
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement, annually
• Physical Exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
• Rubeola (Measles) titer
• Mumps titer
• Rubella titer
• Hepatitis B series, titer, or declination
• Varicella titer
• Drug Testing within 14 days of start
• Flu Vaccine or Medical/Religious Exemption during flu season
• Photo for badge
• Staff Info Form
• Contaminated Sharps and Body Fluid Exposure Statement
• Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire
• Respiratory Medical Clearance Form
• Fit Mask completed onsite for candidates with patient contact

Preferred

• References: 3 preferred, 2 accepted
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure, highly preferred prior to start for ER candidates
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course, highly preferred for ER candidates

• Replacement for a traveler reaching year limit for tax purposes
