Operating Room Registered Nurse

Overview

Temp assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire
13-week contract
Day shift, 10 hours per day
Traveler must have their own transportation / vehicle
Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Hampshire
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Orthopedics experience
Neurosurgery experience
Experience with Epic

Current skills checklist for OR circulate, current to 1 year
1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
Perm address must be included in profile
Any requested time off must be included in profile at submission

Scheduling / Assignment Notes

Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload
No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
Travelers may not take all holidays off
Must work two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed:
- Thanksgiving Day, Friday after, and weekend after
- Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after
- New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after
Scheduling requests made after submission will not be approved
Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
Call-back and OT multipliers: 1.25%
Call: $4/hour
