Labor and Delivery Nurse

Job Overview

Travel/contract RN position in Laurinburg, North Carolina
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Contract length: 13 weeks
Bi-weekly orientation
Schedule and time off requests may be discussed in interview
At least 1 holiday must be worked
Scrubs provided

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery (3 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
NRP
EFM
Ability to provide postpartum and couplet care
Basic medical-surgical skills for hysterectomy patient care
Obstetric floor nursing experience
Antepartum experience
Post Partum experience
OB/GYN experience

Required Certifications

BLS
FHM
NRP
AWHONN fetal monitoring certification

Preferred Certification

STABLE

4 triage beds
