Labor and Delivery

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Pinehurst, North Carolina
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
13-week contract
19-bed unit
1:2–3 patient ratio

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Post Partum experience
Must be comfortable with transitioning newborns in labor and delivery
Competent in Management of Second Stage
Competent in Vaginal Exams
Floating to postpartum/mother baby required
AWHONN intermediate
NURSYS verification

Preferred

First-time travelers accepted

Additional Notes

Must not reside in Moore County; all other locals accepted at the same rate
