Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)

Role Summary

Travel/Contract surgical services position in Greeley, Colorado.
Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00–15:00.
40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

Valid Certified Surgical Technologist license in Colorado.
Certified Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience.
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year.
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Background check.
EPLS/GSA/SAM.
HHS/OIG.
Physical exam within 1 year of start.
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start.
Drug screen within 1 year of start.
Flu seasonal vaccination or declination during flu season.
Skills Checklist 1.
2 professional references within 3 years of start.
Drivers License/State ID.
Emergency Contact Form.
Signed client job description.
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable.
Competency Exam, as applicable.

Preferred

PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
