PT Outpatient

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Charlotte, Michigan
Hospital-based outpatient clinic
Start date: ASAP

Schedule

Monday–Thursday 10:00–18:30
Friday 09:00–17:30
No floating or weekends
40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
BLS issued by American Heart Association
High school level education
Geriatrics experience
Orthopedics experience
Sport Medicine experience

Preferred

Vestibular
Epic familiarity

Patient Volume / Productivity

Daily patient load: 8–12 patients
Productivity standard: 3.00 units/hour

Additional Notes

New grads welcome
RTO must be submitted at time of submittal or the application will be declined
Largest patient population is orthopedics
Clinic also sees vestibular, neuro, lymphedema, and other diagnoses
Specialty services such as dry needling and pelvic health are offered, but they are not required skill sets
Guaranteed hours: 40 hours for shifts under 12 hours
