Postpartum Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Columbus, Ohio
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
36 hours per week
May float to a unit with similar acuity
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Post Partum (2 years of experience)
Post Partum experience within the last year
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery experience
Experience with Epic
BLS certification
IV certification
IV start skills
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
NURSYS verification
State license verification

Preferred

Previous travel nursing experience

Required Assessments / Competencies

Unit-specific competency exam
Medication/pharmacology competency exam
Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam within 1 year of start and annually thereafter

Pending background check attestation, if starting before fingerprint results are complete
