RN Patient Care Coordinator (Foregut)

Overview

Clinic-based RN role in an ambulatory setting
Specialty focus: foregut surgery
Schedule: 5x8 days, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
On call: No
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Clinic (2 years of experience)
Clinic experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Role Details

Provides care coordination, assessment and triage, medication management, and clinical support for foregut surgeons
Responsibilities include medical record review, following developed protocols, determining patient scheduling, monitoring diagnostic results and patient care progress, and participating in quality reviews

Preferred Qualifications

BSN is preferred for RNs
