Description
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Everett, Washington
- Start date: ASAP
- Shift: Days, 5x8 hours, 7:30–16:00
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- First-timers accepted: No
- Weekends required: Every other weekend
- Locals accepted: No
- Floating: Will work in all areas of the hospital, including Colby and Pacific Campus
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Washington
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (1 year of experience)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Discharge planning experience
- Care coordination experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Diverse case management experience, especially Med Surg, LLOS, and ED
Facility Notes
- Level II Trauma Center
- 571 total staffed beds across both campuses
- Scrub color: Any, except no reddish orange
- Charting: EPIC
- Parking: Facility paid
