Interventional Radiology RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Clearwater, Florida
- Start date: 10/12
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
- Hours per week: 40
- Unit: Very busy IR dept.; Comprehensive Stroke hospital
- Facility type: Short Term Acute Care; Teaching Hospital
- Total staffed beds: 599

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
- 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- On-call required
- Will float within scope to meet facility needs
- No pending license accepted
- Driver’s license/state ID required and must remain active and current during the assignment
- Primary source verification of license required
- NURSYS verification required for RN
- Florida AHCA Level II fingerprint results required before start
- Background check required within 1 year of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Education verification required
- Physical exam within 6 months of start
- Negative TB or chest X-ray within 10 weeks of start
- TB questionnaire required annually
- Drug testing within 30 days
- COVID documentation required
- References: 2 required from within the past 2 years
