Description

ER RN

Overview

Contract role in Pahala, Hawaii.
Small critical access hospital with no separate units; RNs cover all areas.
Role covers ER, acute, and LTC.
If assigned to the ER and there are no patients, RN provides backup in the acute and LTC areas.
If assigned to meds, RN must pass meds and do procedures for LTC and acute patients.
Not a latex free facility.
Hours are not guaranteed.

Schedule

6 x 12-hour shifts, 72 hours in a two-week period, with every 3rd weekend off.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Hawaii
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
CPI
NIHSS
NRP
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
