Overview

Travel/Contract role in Burlington, North Carolina
Nights: 3x12s, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
36 hours per week
No call
May occasionally work 3:00 PM–3:00 AM if needed
Up to every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed
First-time travelers are accepted
This department cares for all ages

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
STEMI facility experience
Stroke experience
Experience with Epic

Preferred

TNCC

Clinical Context

Special care populations include cancer, sepsis, medical emergencies, and behavioral health
Hospital specialties include cath lab, women’s health, and stroke care
