Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Spokane, Washington
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Unit: PCU/Stepdown
- Facility type: Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma Center, Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- Total staffed beds: 629
- Teaching hospital
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Washington
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Cardiac drip experience with ability to titrate and manage
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation
- NURSYS verification for RN
- 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Employment application with at least the last 5 years of employment
- Skills checklist for the applicable unit
- Competency exam, as applicable by profession/specialty
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
- Fit mask clearance
- Respirator safety clearance
- Negative TB or chest X-ray
- Tdap within 10 years
- Rubeola, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, COVID documentation
- Drug screen within 12 months of start
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Washington State Patrol search
