NICU

Overview

Travel/Contract RN role in Metairie, Louisiana
Unit: Level III Neonatal CCU
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Scrubs: Teal

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Louisiana
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
STABLE
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with RAMs (Rapid Assessment and Management)
Experience with Ventilators
Experience with Central Lines
Experience with IV Drips and administration of High Alert Medications
Experience with Epic

Schedule Requirements

Every other weekend required
No call required
