PCU RN

Overview

Travel/contract RN position in Akron, Ohio
Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Every other holiday
Contract length: 13 weeks

Unit / Specialty

PCU / Stepdown

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Requirements

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate are completed during orientation, and acceptable scores on both are required

Notes

Orientation includes facility testing
The role is based in a PCU setting
