Description

RN Critical Care/ICU-CCU

Overview

13-week assignment in West Burlington, Iowa
36-hour work week with possible overtime
Night shift: 19:00 - 07:30
Every other weekend and every other holiday required
May occasionally be placed on call during low census; if called in, must arrive on-site within one hour

Role Details

Provides care in ICU-CCU for adult cardiac/telemetry, stroke, vascular intervention, and hemodynamic monitoring
Traveler must self-study telemetry strips upon acceptance and pass a basic dysrhythmia test in the first week to work in ICU-CCU
EPIC EMR experience within the last 12 months in a like unit is required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
CCU - Coronary Care (2 years of experience)
CCU - Coronary Care experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS
NIHSS
CPI/MOAB
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience with Epic
