Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN
Overview
- Location: Seattle, Washington
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Start date: ASAP
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Locals accepted: Yes

- Call: No
- Weekend requirement: 2 weekend shifts per month, variable and scheduled as needed
- RTO restriction: 1 week max
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a Teaching Hospital setting
- Experience with Epic
Float Scope
- May float within the hospital to Mother Baby to care for babies only
- Does not float to sister hospitals
Unit Details
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- 54-bed level III unit
- Regional referral center for high-risk infants
- Majority of patients are very low birth weight premies requiring ventilatory support
- New state-of-the-art unit

- Parking cost: $10.26 daily
