Labor and Delivery RN

Overview

Travel RN role in Labor and Delivery / Mother Baby
1 opening
7p shift
36 guaranteed hours per week
Every other weekend
No call

Unit Details

Women’s Services
Labor and Delivery Unit- Women’s and Newborn Services
4 LDR beds
10 postpartum beds
Trauma Level 4
Patient ratios: 3 couplets (mother/baby); 1:1 active labor
Level 1 nursery
Delivers 35 weeks and higher
Common diagnosis/treatment: low risk labor

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Labor and Delivery experience with 2 years of experience
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
NRP
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

Labor and delivery, mother baby couplet care

Schedule / Orientation

Orientation on 1st and 3rd Monday of the month
Fleming orientation conducted at Meadowview
