Cath Lab RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Lebanon, Pennsylvania
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
40 hours per week
13-week contract
Every third weekend
Call is required as needed by the unit
Holidays as needed
RTO max 7 days

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Unit / Role Details

Cath Lab role in the invasive cardiology department
Department includes 3 procedural labs and a 12-bed prep and recovery area
Cases include cath, EP, and peripheral vascular procedures
The lab handles diagnostics through complex interventions, including STEMI and cardiac arrest treatment options such as Impella and ECMO
EP procedures include cardioversions, implants, and ablations
The department is growing into structural heart procedures

Additional Notes

Candidate may care for COVID patients
Tobacco- and fragrance-free facility
