Description
Medical Surgical RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Stillwater, Oklahoma
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Expected to float to all med-surg floors
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Med-Surg experience
- Oklahoma or Compact RN license
- BLS
- Meditech experience
- 2 professional references within 3 years of start
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric experience
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify or attestation
- Background check with 7-year criminal history review, including all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years; must be cleared before start and updated annually
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- State license primary source verification
- NURSYS verification
- Competency exam and medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
- Review, sign, and complete required orientation, confidentiality, and safety documents before start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation
- 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
- Current COVID vaccination or COVID declination form
- Flu documentation or declination as applicable
