RN Emergency Room

Overview

Location: Bloomington, Indiana
Employment type: LTA
Shift: Nights, 19:00 - 07:00
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
1 year of ED - Emergency Department experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam with a score of 80% or higher
Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening with a score of 80% or higher
Prime Core Competencies Exam with a score of 80% or higher
Prime Skills Checklist
Prime Specialty Exam with a score of 80% or higher
Prime Drug Screening within 60 days of start, minimum 10-panel test with THC included
COVID-19 vaccine: 2 vaccines and booster required, or declination completed
MMR: proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
Fit test annually
Hepatitis B: record of 3 immunizations, immune titer, or declination accepted
Influenza vaccine or declination required during the stated flu season
TB test within 1 year of start date
Driver's license, State ID, or Passport
Varicella vaccination/titer showing immunity
Tdap
Physical/Health Statement annually, and must state clear to work
