Travel/Contract ER RN in Mount Vernon, Washington.

19:00 to 7:00

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
NIHSS
Background check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school for the past 7 years, including SSN trace, counties, nationwide, national sex offender, and education verification
Education verification
State license verification
Competency Exam
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable
2 professional references completed within 1 year of start
Tdap vaccine or signed declination
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
TB Questionnaire
2 MMR vaccines or positive titer for rubeola, mumps, and rubella
3 doses of Hepatitis B, positive titer, or signed declination form
2 Varicella vaccines or positive titer
10-Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
Washington multi-state licensed nurses suicide prevention training if using a multi-state license from outside Washington and working in Washington
