Operating Room
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Warrensville Heights, Ohio
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
- 13-week contract
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months recent OR experience
- 12 months permanent OR experience prior to travel
- Scrubbing and circulating experience
- AHA BLS
Role Details
- The role includes scrubbing and circulating cases
- Case mix includes robotic, GU, GYN, and General
- Takes call on nights and weekends
- Accurate counts and specimen handling are part of the role
Preferred Qualifications
- CNOR
- TNCC
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check prior to start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM monthly
- HHS/OIG monthly
- Fingerprinting within 48 hours of signed contract
- Education verification
- State license verification within 30 days of start
- Nursys verification within 30 days of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask within 12 months of start
- Tdap vaccination
- Negative TB or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and drug testing requirements apply
- Flu documentation required seasonally
- Eye exam within 1 year
- 2 references required
- Employment application with prior work history
- Skills checklist required annually
