RN - Emergency Dept

Overview

Travel assignment in Longview, Texas
Start ASAP
13-week contract
36 hours per week
Shift: Mids, 2p-2a
No call
No floating required
No block scheduling
No 48-hour guarantee

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
ED - Emergency Department (3 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ENPC
TNCC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

Ultrasound IV

Unit Details

24 beds plus 4 hall beds
Patient ratio: 4:1 unless fast track/triage

Additional Notes

EMR: MEDHOST
Scrubs: any solid color
RTO blackout dates include the weekend after Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, and New Year’s
Maximum RTO: 3 shifts
Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility
