RN - Med Surg

Overview

Travel contract
Backfill assignment
13 weeks
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Location: Georgetown, Texas
Unit: Med/Surg 2N
14 beds
Patient ratio: 1:5
Rotating weekends
36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Med Surg experience within the last year
1 year of Med Surg experience
BLS
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS
Rhythm interpretation

Unit Details

Staffed with 3 RN, 1 PCT, and 1 free float CNC
Day shift staffing: 3 RN, 1 PCT
Night shift staffing: 3 RN, 1 PCT
Equipment: Alaris pump
EMR: Meditech
Permanent positions on the unit are available

Bronch
EGD/colonoscopy
