Surgical Technologist

Overview

Contract assignment in Decorah, Iowa
13 weeks minimum
Full-time, 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Surgical Technologist (1 year of experience)
Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NBSTSA
Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program

Preferred Qualifications

Surgical Technologist Certification

Experience / Clinical Background

Experience working with General Surgery patients
Experience working with Orthopedics patients
Experience working with HEENT patients
Experience working with OB-GYN patients
Experience working with Podiatry patients
Experience working with Urinary patients
Experience with ENT
Experience with Urology
Experience with Dental

Schedule

Primarily 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p
Hours may fluctuate slightly based on surgery case load, as early as 6:00am
On-call rotation: approximately 1 night per every 2-week pay period, every 5th to 6th weekend
Holiday call rotation included
