RN - Med Surg

Overview

Travel RN role in Fort Mohave, Arizona
36 hours per week
13-week contract
Weekly orientation

Facility / Unit Context

52 medical/surgical beds
12 acute rehabilitation beds
12 intensive care beds
8-bed labor, delivery and post-partum unit
16-bed emergency department
Surgery department includes six major operating rooms and two endoscopy suites
Diagnostic imaging department provides digital modalities for outpatient and inpatient testing
Picture Archival Communication (PAC) system is used for digital image access, storage, retrieval, and display

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
