RN - OR
Overview
- Travel assignment in Waycross, Georgia
- Unit: Operating Room
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0645-1515, with on-call assignments after normal business hours
- Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
- Hours per week: 40
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- ACLS
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- Ability to circulate

Unit Details
- 231-bed unit
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Staffing includes RN, CST, ORA, and Coordinator
- Equipment used: Stryker
- Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
- Floating is within Surgical Services departments
Clinical Scope
- OR circulator
- General, Ortho, Podiatry, OB/GYN, Urology, Ophthalmic, Spine, Bariatric, and ENDO surgical procedures
Additional Notes
- Facility-laundered green scrubs required
- Patient experience emphasis: AIDET and compassionate care
