MICU RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Aurora, Colorado
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Unit: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), 24 beds
- Patient ratio: 1:2
- Average daily census: 23
- Scrub color: Navy Blue
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Floating as required per unit needs, including to sister facilities within Metro Region based on facility needs
- 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule
- First-time travelers are accepted if required experience is met and the clinician is comfortable with a high-acuity unit
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic medical center experience
