CVIUC RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Morgantown, West Virginia
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
36 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks
Possible extension: Yes
Blocked schedules will be considered
Scrubs provided: None

Unit / Clinical Setting

CVIUC
Ratio: 1:2, based on acuity; the unit may have overflow patients at times warranting step-down level of care

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in West Virginia
CVICU (2 years of experience)
CVICU experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Experience with Activated Clotting Time (ACT)
Experience with direct fresh open-heart admissions from OR
Experience with pressure monitoring
Experience with swan-ganz catheters
Experience with Impella
Experience with CRRT
