Description

Operating Room RN

Overview

Travel/contract role in York, Pennsylvania
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
Contract length: 13 weeks
The role may float as needed
Could care for COVID patients

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients
Proficiency with Davinci xi robot (must function independently with no need for refresher training)
Proficiency with DV5 Davinci robot
Orthopedics experience
Urology experience
Bariatric experience
ENT Surgery experience
Plastic Surgery experience
Vascular Surgery experience
Thoracic Surgery experience

Preferred

Level II Trauma experience, with more than 1 year of experience
Familiarity with the DV5 Davinci robot
Scrub and circulate experience is preferred

Schedule Details

2–3 calls within a 6-week matrix, with a 30-minute response required
3–4 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix
Holidays as needed, on day/evening/night shift
RTO maximum: 7 days

Additional Notes

Candidate will be reviewed by clinical for fit before manager review
Tobacco- and fragrance-free facility
