Physical Therapist Outpatient

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Sullivan, Missouri
• Outpatient therapy only
• Freestanding outpatient clinic
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekends
• No on-call
• First-timers accepted
• Pending license accepted
• Locals not accepted
• No float within scope

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• EPIC EMR experience

Patient Population

• Mostly adult and pediatric orthopedics and neuro, all ages

Work Setting

• Outpatient clinic
• Daily patient load: approximately 75-90

Special Requirements

• Home exercise programs
• Lifting and transfer
• Patient family education
• Safety and injury prevention
• Signs and symptoms of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse
