Description
PCU/Step down Float RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Olympia, Washington
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 3x12, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Float role covering needs across the institution
- Patient population may include ER boarded patients, tele, med surg, and other units
- Nurse-to-patient ratio varies from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on acuity
- May include charge responsibilities on two very small units
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Experience in Charge roles
- Experience in the US; Canadian experience alone will not qualify
Required Licensure / Certifications
- RN license
- NURSYS verification required for all RNs
- ACLS
- BLS
